Over 20-year experience in designing and implementing Bench and Pilot scale studies in the materials and catalysts fields.
In-depth knowledge of materials and catalysts preparation and characterization techniques for carbon capture and conversion. Strong background in material and catalyst testing.
Davood started his Postdoc Fellow at University of Calgary in June 2011 for two years. Then he has been promoted to research assistant position since July 2013 until present. He is now working on the materials preparations for carbon capture and conversion such as high surface area alumina aerogel supports for CLC, DRM and TRM, high surface area calcium oxide aerogel for calcium looping (CL) processes at high temperatures and supported K2CO3, Ionic liquids and Zeolite X for CO2 capture at low temperatures.
